I could tell after sticking to taking this product that everything physical I did just seemed to be more intense for me. My veins started popping out more which was nice to see again.

All i can say is you get what you put in , and if you use this and max out , or simply work a gentle 45 minutes a day , this product will not fail you !! simply awesome , best mixed with amino fuel , and creatine !!!!!!!!
